Job Summary:
We are a well-established jewelry brand on the lookout for a highly organized E-commerce Operations VA to hold our online store and marketplace channels running smoothly every day. The role stretches across order processing, website upkeep, product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, social shop management, and product preparation for our website customizer. The right person is meticulous and tech-comfortable — just as much at ease processing orders, making light code updates, and working in Photoshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Push through Shopify and Nordstrom Marketplace orders, produce airway bills (AWBs), and hold stock levels accurate
• Reply to customer inquiries and give friendly, timely support
• Keep an eye on the website so everything functions properly and hold the homepage current
• Run promo codes across the site, abandoned cart flows and product page promo code updates included
• Rearrange collections and back new product uploads to the online store
• Add and hold product listings on Amazon and Nordstrom Marketplace, descriptions, inventory shipments, and settling listing flags or documentation issues included
• Refresh shop links, images, and product mapping across Meta Commerce Manager, the Shopify Shop App, and TikTok Shop
• Ready product images in Photoshop for our website customizer and code new customizer products alongside our developer

Mandatory Skills:

• Solid hands-on experience running a Shopify store (orders, products, site content)
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, listings, inventory, and issue resolution included
• At ease making light code edits to product pages and templates (HTML/CSS or Shopify Liquid)
• Working proficiency in Photoshop for product image preparation
• Experience pushing through e-commerce orders and producing shipping labels or airway bills
• Dependable, precise, and able to work solo
• Strong communication skills for customer support and team coordination

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Nordstrom Marketplace or other retail marketplace platforms
• Familiarity with Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shop, and the Shopify Shop App
• Experience creating or running GS1 barcodes
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience working alongside web developers on site features or fixes
• Grounding in fashion, jewelry, or accessories e-commerce
