Who we are

Atlas Retail Ltd is the Cyprus company behind Westendsells, an Amazon FBA business founded in Germany in 2024. We buy consumer electronics, networking and IT hardware from online shops and distributors and sell it on Amazon across Europe. The business is profitable, not a pitch deck.

Right now it is the founder (Levin, 22), one sourcer in Germany and a lot of software we built ourselves: a hub that tells us every morning how much capital to deploy, which listings are dying and where the money is. You would be our first hire in Cyprus and you would work directly with Levin.

What you will do

The first two weeks are pure learning: how Amazon FBA works, how we find deals, how we read our numbers. After that you take over one area at a time until you run the day-to-day of the whole shop.

• Sourcing. Find products on online shops and distributor price lists that sell on Amazon for more than they cost us. Check the numbers, buy, log the deal, stay within the daily capital target our hub gives you.
• Purchasing. Reorder our regular products, talk to distributors, negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Operations. Coordinate with our prep centre, keep listings and inventory clean, kill dead stock, keep the repricer honest.
• Customer service. Answer Amazon buyer messages and our contact inbox. Our AI drafts, you decide and send.
• Compliance and admin. VAT reporting inputs, invoices, Amazon account health, whatever the business needs to run cleanly.

Where this goes

Once you run the day-to-day on your own, you become our Senior Sourcer: you build and lead a small sourcing team, train them the way we trained you, and earn a share of the commission on every deal your team closes, on top of your own.

Who we are looking for

• Studying for or just finished a bachelor's degree in business, economics, management, finance or anything close to it.
• No Amazon or e-commerce experience needed. We teach you everything. Curiosity and a head for numbers matter more than your CV.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, quick with new tools, precise with details.
• Fluent English. German, French, Italian or Spanish is a plus: we sell across Europe, and our suppliers and most of our customers are German.
• Based in Cyprus. Larnaca is ideal, Limassol works, anywhere on the island is fine for remote.
• Available 20–25 hours a week while studying, full-time once you graduate.
• Own laptop to start with. We provide a MacBook once you are employed.

What we offer

• €1,000 per month fixed during the part-time phase (20–25 hours a week). We agree your full-time pay together when you switch to full-time.
• Up to 10 % of the net profit from every deal you source, from day one. The rate is tiered and there is no cap on what you can earn. Net profit is calculated per product after all Amazon fees, returns and storage, in our hub, transparently, every month.
• Realistically €1,500–2,200 per month in total once you are up to speed, and it grows with the profit you create. Later: a share of your team's commission.
• Contractor until 31 December 2026 (you invoice us monthly), permanent employment contract with Atlas Retail Ltd from 1 January 2027.
• Remote, flexible hours with core hours roughly 10:00–15:00 Cyprus time.
• Direct line to the founder, real responsibility from week three, no corporate ladder.

• Paid trial task, 2–3 hours: find three products on Amazon.de that we could sell profitably and explain why. We pay €50 for this regardless of the outcome.
• Decision within a week.
