🎯 What We’re Looking For

An experienced Amazon PPC & Marketplace professional who can independently handle ads, listings, strategy, clients, and team coordination.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

* Manage, Strategise and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns — keywords, bids, budgets, targeting, ACOS & ROAS.

* Handle Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads and other marketplace advertising.

* Create and optimise Amazon/Marketplace listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, attributes & variations.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis & marketplace research.

* Develop strategies for product launches, scaling & improving marketplace sales.

* Analyse reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

* Prepare and present weekly/monthly client reports.

* Handle direct client communication, calls & strategy discussions.

* Understand client goals and create actionable marketplace growth plans.

* Coordinate with creative/content/account teams.

* Guide and support junior team members where required.

✅ Required Qualifications

* 2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC / Marketplace experience.

* Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Ads.

* Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC + Flipkart/Myntra Ads.

* Strong listing & catalog optimization skills.

* Good understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, keywords & marketplace SEO.

* Experience with Helium 10 or similar tools.

* Strong Excel/Google Sheets & analytical skills.

* Excellent client communication & presentation skills.

* Ability to independently handle strategy + execution + client accounts.

* Leadership/team coordination experience is a plus.

* D2C/e-commerce agency experience is preferred.

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Experience with Meesho, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata CLiQ, Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content or other marketplaces.
