Amazon PPC Specialist

e are looking for a results-driven Amazon PPC Specialist with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in Amazon advertising and e-commerce marketplace management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon PPC campaign management, keyword research, bid optimization, and performance analysis. The candidate should be capable of developing and executing advertising strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and maximize return on advertising spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search term analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize campaign bids, budgets, targeting, and placements to improve ACoS, TACoS, and ROAS.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, and sales.
• Manage automatic and manual campaigns, including keyword harvesting and negative keyword optimization.
• Analyze advertising data and implement strategies to improve profitability and campaign efficiency.
• Work closely with the catalog and content teams to optimize product listings, titles, bullet points, images, and backend search terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve organic ranking, product visibility, and overall marketplace sales.
• Stay updated on Amazon advertising policies, marketplace trends, and new advertising features.
• Have working knowledge of other e-commerce platforms, such as Flipkart, Walmart Marketplace, or Shopify.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2–6 years of relevant experience in Amazon PPC and e-commerce marketplace management.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Console.
• In-depth understanding of Amazon's marketplace ecosystem, advertising policies, and ranking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in keyword research, campaign structuring, bid management, and budget optimization.
• Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and advertising sales metrics.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance reporting.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a performance-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple products, campaigns, and advertising budgets simultaneously.
• Knowledge of third-party Amazon PPC tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing advertising campaigns for multiple product categories and marketplaces.
• Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of e-commerce business metrics, product profitability, inventory, and sales forecasting.
• Experience with Flipkart Ads, Walmart Ads, or other marketplace advertising platforms is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Improvement in ROAS and reduction in ACoS/TACoS where appropriate.
• Growth in advertising-attributed sales and total revenue.
• Improved campaign conversion rates and keyword performance.
• Efficient utilization of advertising budgets.
• Growth in product visibility and organic keyword rankings.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
