Job Description

We are looking for an Amazon PPC Specialist to join our remote team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be Amazon PPC management and optimization. Along with PPC, you will also assist with general Amazon account management tasks, customer support, and other day-to-day Amazon operations when required.

If you also have knowledge of Amazon Brand Management and overall brand growth, that would be a strong advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon PPC

• Manage and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Keyword research and search-term analysis
• Bid and budget optimization
• Manage Auto, Manual, and Product Targeting campaigns
• Monitor ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, and other important metrics
• Identify wasted ad spend and growth opportunities
• Support new product launches and PPC scaling
• Prepare PPC reports and performance updates

Amazon Account Management

• Assist with day-to-day Amazon Seller Central tasks
• Monitor sales, orders, inventory, and product performance
• Identify and report account/listing issues
• Assist with FBA and inventory-related tasks
• Monitor product listings and pricing
• Help with basic account health and operational tasks

Customer Support

• Handle and respond to Amazon customer messages when required
• Assist with customer issues, returns, refunds, and order-related questions
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Escalate issues when necessary

Brand Management

PPC will be the main focus of this position. However, candidates with knowledge of Amazon Brand Management will be preferred.

This may include:

• Competitor and market research
• Listing improvement suggestions
• Monitoring reviews and ratings
• Promotions and pricing
• Product performance analysis
• Identifying opportunities for overall brand growth

You do not need to be an expert in every area of Amazon Brand Management. A good understanding and willingness to learn is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Amazon PPC experience
• Must have completed at least one Amazon PPC-related course
• Good understanding of Amazon PPC campaigns and metrics
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company

Amazon Brand Management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Pakistan Time

Sunday Off

This is a fully remote position. The candidate should have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment for remote work.

Salary

PKR 30,000 – 40,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, PPC knowledge, and practical skills.

Important

Candidates must have:

• At least 1 year of Amazon PPC experience
• At least 1 completed Amazon PPC course
• Availability during 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM PKT
• Ability to work remotely

Candidates may be asked to complete a short practical PPC assessment during the hiring process.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
