Amazon Product Development Specialist

We are an established educational products brand with a strong Amazon presence and a growing product catalog.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Product Development Specialist to help us identify, develop, source, and launch new physical products.

The main focus of this role is figuring out what products we should sell next and helping take them from opportunity to launch.

What You’ll Do

• Research Amazon, competitors, reviews, keywords, and market gaps to find new product opportunities
• Evaluate demand, competition, pricing, costs, margins, and product potential
• Work with manufacturers on sourcing, quotes, samples, specifications, improvements, and packaging
• Coordinate with our design, Amazon, and operations teams through launch

What We’re Looking For

• Hands on Amazon ecommerce experience required
• Experience researching or developing physical products for Amazon or private label brands
• Experience working directly with manufacturers or suppliers
• Strong understanding of Amazon product research, competition, pricing, reviews, and margins
• Overseas sourcing experience, especially China, preferred
• Helium 10, Keepa, Brand Analytics, Jungle Scout, Alibaba, or similar experience preferred

Full time, in office in Newark, NJ. Not remote. Not entry level.
