Amazon Store Manager VA

Job Summary: We'd be delighted to bring on a proactive E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to help steer our online storefronts and social media presence. The position takes in tightening up our Amazon shop, running our TikTok Shop, and building our footprint on Instagram, while also backing customer engagement and daily booking needs. The right person moves easily across several e-commerce and social platforms and takes pleasure in both the creative and operational halves of online retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tune Amazon product listings for visibility, taking in SEO improvements and shipping cost adjustments
• Steer and build our TikTok Shop, affiliate outreach and partnerships included
• Set up and look after shoppable links on Instagram
• Produce and steer social media content that lifts engagement
• Reply to DMs and customer inquiries across social platforms promptly and professionally
• Back our booking/scheduling system as required
• Pitch in on planning and promoting monthly sales promotions
• Back future initiatives such as website SEO and live shopping event coordination as the position broadens

Mandatory Skills:

• Track record steering an Amazon storefront (listing optimization, SEO, product visibility)
• Practical time with TikTok Shop setup and/or affiliate outreach
• Familiarity with Instagram Shopping and shoppable link setup
• Solid social media content and community management ability
• Dependable, precise, and able to work under your own steam
• Strong communication skills, especially across customer-facing messaging

Preferred Skills:

• Practical time with booking or scheduling software
• Grounding in beauty, wellness, or retail e-commerce
• Familiarity with Wix or general website SEO
• Track record backing live shopping events (e.g., TikTok Live)
• Capacity to juggle several platforms and priorities at once
