Job Description

Ryzon Solutions is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Amazon Supply Chain Assistant to support inventory management, supplier coordination, factory follow-ups, and Amazon supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of inventory management and be comfortable coordinating with suppliers and visiting factories.

Experience Required: 0–6 months of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory tracking and stock management
• Coordinate with suppliers and factories regarding production and order updates
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records
• Support Amazon inventory planning and supply chain operations
• Conduct factory visits to follow up on production and operational requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum qualification of Intermediate (Inter)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Excel knowledge is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
• Willingness to visit factories approximately two days per week and travel to different locations
• Candidates from North Nazimabad, Nazimabad, and nearby areas will be preferred

Job Details:

• Location: North Nazimabad, Block H, Karachi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekends: Saturday and Sunday off
• Salary: Market Competitive + PKR 5,000 Allowance
• Factory Visits: Required approximately two days per week, with travel to different locations
