Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our Amazon Voice Process / Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Freshers are our main priority, and experienced candidates with Voice Process, BPO, Customer Service, or Customer Support experience are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, accounts, and other services.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
• Maintain a polite and professional approach while communicating with customers.

Issue Resolution:

• Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Follow up with customers whenever necessary to ensure proper resolution.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate active listening and understand customer requirements.
• Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers calmly and professionally.

Documentation & Process Compliance:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Update customer information and call details in internal systems.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and established procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• 0 Months to 5 Years
• Freshers are welcome.
• Previous experience in Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, Customer Service, or Call Center operations is an advantage.

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills.
