Ambulatory Nurse

Role Overview Seeking a full-time Ambulatory Nurse to provide direct patient care in a clinic setting, collaborating with providers and the care team to develop and implement effective care plans. The nurse will assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and compliance standards. Responsibilities include supporting providers with documentation, patient education, and evaluating patient outcomes to optimize healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with primary care and specialist providers to develop and review care plans.
• Assess and evaluate patient needs through critical nursing skills.
• Ensure clinical protocols and assessment guidelines are followed.
• Support provider documentation and compliance efforts.
• Educate and support patients and families using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-5 years preferred; supervisory experience not required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license, BLS certification.
• Skills: Critical thinking, patient education, compliance adherence, teamwork.
