AMC & Vendor Manager (Noida)

Job Summary

We're looking for a proactive and execution-driven Manager - AMC Vendor Management to lead AMC operations, vendor coordination, SLA management, and service delivery across all Physics Wallah centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AMC operations across multiple centers
• Monitor and ensure timely closure of Freshdesk tickets within SLA
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for preventive maintenance breakdown resolution
• Handle escalations and drive quick resolution with minimum TAT
• Manage AMCs for: Air Conditioning Systems (VRV Non-VRV); RO Systems; Passenger Lifts
• Coordinate with leading OEMs: AC: Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG; Lifts: Johnson, Otis, KONE; RO: Aquaguard
• Monitor vendor performance and SLA compliance
• Verify vendor invoices, coordinate PO processing, and support payment releases
• Prepare MIS reports covering ticket status, SLA compliance, ageing, vendor performance, and billing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted operations across all centers

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in Facility Management, AMC Operations, Vendor Management, or Administration
• Strong knowledge of AMC lifecycle, SLA management, and escalation handling
• Hands-on experience with Freshdesk or similar ticketing platforms
• Experience managing OEMs and multi-location facility operations
• Expertise in vendor billing, invoice verification, and payment coordination
• Strong Excel and MIS reporting skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
• High ownership mindset with strong execution capabilities
