AMC Coordinator

1**. AMC Service Coordination**

· Maintain and update AMC records, including contract validity, renewal dates, customer details, and equipment information.

· Prepare preventive maintenance schedules as per AMC terms and ensure timely execution.

· Coordinate with service engineers for scheduled visits and breakdown calls.

· Track pending service requests and ensure timely closure of complaints.

· Monitor AMC expiry dates and coordinate with the sales team for contract renewals.

2. Customer Coordination

· Receive and respond to customer service calls, emails, and complaints.

· Provide regular updates to customers regarding service schedules and complaint status.

· Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.

· Escalate critical issues and unresolved complaints to the Service Manager.

3. Service Engineer Coordination

· Allocate service calls to engineers based on location, priority, and availability.

· Track engineer visits, attendance, service reports, and job completion status.

· Ensure service reports are submitted promptly after every visit.

· Coordinate for breakdown visits, preventive maintenance, battery testing, and UPS servicing.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain AMC trackers, service call logs, preventive maintenance reports, and customer databases.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
• Track service response time, pending complaints, and completed visits.
• Maintain records of UPS models, serial numbers, battery banks, installation dates, and service history.
• Coordinate with the stores and purchase departments for spare parts and battery requirements.

5. AMC Renewal and Billing Support

• Prepare AMC renewal lists and follow up with customers and the sales team.
• Coordinate with accounts for AMC invoices, service billing, and payment follow-ups, wherever required.
• Assist in preparing AMC quotations and renewal proposals based on company guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
