AMC Website Support Executive/ Technical Support Executive - Intern

Responsible for performing regular AMC website checks, identifying technical and usability issues, coordinating with the development team for resolutions, and maintaining proper documentation of website health and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform monthly general checks for assigned AMC websites.
• Verify page functionality, broken links, 404/500 errors, and test/staging links.
• Check SSL/HTTPS, reCAPTCHA, forms, CTAs, menus, breadcrumbs, and internal links.
• Verify Google Analytics and basic SEO elements such as image alt text.
• Conduct basic website speed and cross-browser/device checks.
• Test website forms and auto-response emails.
• Review email content, branding, links, buttons, spelling, and signatures.
• Identify and document issues found during checks.
• Coordinate with developers or relevant team members for issue resolution.
• Update AMC checklists and maintain monthly records.
• Follow up on pending issues and verify fixes after completion.
• Prepare basic reports and communicate important findings to the concerned team/client.

Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)

• Basic knowledge of websites and web functionality
• Basic understanding of HTML, SEO, Google Analytics, and website forms
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple websites and tasks
