AM/DM - Customer Quality

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in the production process.
• Analyze customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis using tools like 8D analysis and Why-Why analysis.
• Develop control plans to prevent recurrence of defects and implement corrective actions through SPC analysis (Statistical Process Control).
• Ensure timely completion of PPA (Production Part Approval) documents for new products.

Job Requirements :

• 8-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field in Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of inprocess quality, rejection analysis, and customer audits.
• Proficiency in creating PFMEA documents, controlling processes using statistical methods such as SPC analysis.
