AM/DM - Operation Excellence

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lean Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives; improve productivity through digitization, process improvement and waste elimination initiatives.

• Study & prepare As-Is & To-Be business processes and identify digital transformation opportunities on the shopfloor

• Collaborate with production, automation, and IT teams to enable machine data acquisition and implementation of digital transformation initiatives

• Facilitate MES implementation and its integration with ERP and other enterprise applications.

• Ensure data integrity, traceability, and compliance within MES processes.

• Develop concepts of real-time dashboards and KPI reporting systems.

• Create visibility for OEE, Downtime Analysis, Production Tracking, Quality Metrics, Scrap and Rework, Energy Consumption, Asset Performance etc.

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and ROI assessments.

Required Qualifications

B. Tech. – Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Production or Computer science

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing automation or digital manufacturing.
• Understanding of Power BI, MES, ERP, QMS etc.
