Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AM/DM Procurement to manage procurement activities for real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials/services at competitive prices and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for construction and real estate projects.
• Float RFQs, obtain quotations and conduct commercial comparison and negotiations.
• Source and develop reliable vendors for Civil, MEP, Finishing, Interiors and other project requirements.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders / Work Orders as per approved budgets and processes.
• Negotiate rates, payment terms, delivery schedules and other commercial conditions.
• Ensure timely procurement in coordination with Project, Planning, Finance and Stores teams.
• Monitor vendor performance, delivery schedules and quality compliance.
• Identify opportunities for cost saving and value optimization.
• Maintain procurement MIS, vendor database and comparative statements.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval processes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate / BE/B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase, preferably with Real Estate/Construction/EPC companies.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, vendor management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems.
