Role & responsibilities :-

Responsible for tracking QA KPI's.

Responsible for IATF and ISO Management systems.

Review and update PFMEA, Control Plan, PFC, and Coherence of Standards.

Responsible for new product development, APQP and PPAP Documentation.

ISIR Approval and 4M management.

Implementing and conducting VDA 6.3, Layer Process audit and Process Approach Audit.

Customer complaint handling, and customer satisfaction index (CSI).

Training modules for quality system / EHS system.

PDCA approach for continues improvement.

QRQC Meeting on daily basis.
