AME Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Ensures, supports, and develops manufacturing capacities in plants, monitors and audits adaptation of manufacturing best practices and standards in the plant.
• In charge of the quality execution of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering tasks as defined on PLUS timeline
• Provides specifications for manufacturing equipment in line with Adient standards and recommendations for equipment procurement.
• Flawless launches.
• Participates and/or leads activities for manufacturing footprint analysis, continuous improvement of new and/or ongoing manufacturing process and lean manufacturing implementation.
• Provides input to improve methods for optimizing work places.
• Improves Advanced Manufacturing Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

Requirement of candidates:

• Bachelor’s Degree, major in engineering preferred.
• Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering Background, 2 of years working experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
