· Solve problems at the source: Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and equipment alongside Production and Maintenance.
· Translate technical details into action: Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings and provide practical guidance on parts, repairs, and system improvements.
· Keep teams aligned: Communicate project timelines and adjust plans around a rapidly changing production schedule.
· Champion safe execution: Ensure contractors and project teams follow applicable safety standards and AmeriQual policies.
· Build strong partnerships: Collaborate positively with team members, customers, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

· Clear communication skills and the ability to succeed in a team-oriented environment.
· Working knowledge of current OSHA requirements and safety standards.
· A professional, can-do mindset and commitment to excellent internal and external customer service.
The Work Environment
