• Build and sustain close relationship with clients, growing the overall and deep understanding for clients’ marketing plans
• Lead meetings to brief key players across client service, creative, strategy and production departments, ensuring you share a well-integrated and actionable brief
• Own the project and its deliverables from clients perspective
• Work closely with creative team to ensure creative solutions meet clients brief, objectives and provides clear agency point of view
• Plan the budget scope and timelines with client and internal operations team
• Oversee all status reporting, budget and agreed timelines, to ensure efficiency and timely project delivery
• Refer to the Client Services leader regularly to update action and for advice on strategy and tactical issues
• Support the learning and development of peers in the client service team, to cultivate a positive and open work environment About you
• You are a natural leader, comfortable at guiding conversations and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients, with a successful conversion process in mind
• You should have previous experience working in a similar role and agency environment at an AM level, looking for an opportunity to progress to the next level
• You have good knowledge of branding, packaging, marketing, graphic, commercial design
• You are a strong and clear communicator who is open to speak out and share opinions
• Ideally you are extremely meticulous, can multi-task with ease, and possess a problem-solving mindset.
• You have solid project-management skills, with a systematic mind set and working style
• Good command in Mandarin and English
• General Degree Holder with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in design / branding background/packaging /4A agency *This role is a around 3-6 months freelancer depends on project.
