Responsibilities

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Prepare and serve food items following food safety and sanitation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and adherence to health regulations at all times

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
• Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, order processing, and billing purposes
