AML / KYC Process Consultant

Introduction & Summary This role involves working within the AMLR project, focusing on the implementation of KYC Instructions & Procedures. The consultant will leverage their expertise in AML/CTF and KYC processes to support the operationalization of requirements, ensuring compliance with newly updated regulations.

Main Responsibilities The main responsibilities of this role include:

• Collaborating with internal process experts to define operational changes.
• Writing guidance for operational staff concerning the new KYC processes.
• Overseeing End-to-End functions of KYC processes to meet new requirements.
• Implementing new PEP requirements.
• Updating Purpose & Nature of Relationship requirements.
• Adjusting procedures relating to customer risk scoring changes.
• Revising Adverse Media screening protocols.
• Implementing changes for ODD cycle requirements.

Key Requirements

• AML/CTF knowledge.
• KYC process knowledge.
• Experience in KYC/Fin Crime or business process development.
• Analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Legal background is beneficial.
• Ability to operationalize regulatory requirements.
• Skill in explaining complex matters simply.
