AML Operation Support (6 Months Contract)

Job Scope

• Conduct screening and assessment of customer, policy, and transaction records using designated systems.
• Monitor and evaluate alerts generated through AML and sanctions screening platforms.
• Review assigned cases and determine approval or rejection outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Escalate high-risk, potentially suspicious, or exceptional cases to the appropriate stakeholders for further investigation.
• Ensure all case assessments are completed accurately and within the required service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirement

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, Banking Operations, Insurance Operations, Financial Services, or related fields.
• Experience in banking, insurance, financial services, compliance, risk, or operations.
• Familiarity with AML monitoring and case management systems.
• Ability to review cases, assess information, and make approval or rejection decisions based on established guidelines and procedures.
