AML/KYC with experince working in a Transfer agent

Context

This assignment is for a AML KYC Officer with experience in a TA lasting from July 2026 to February 2027.

Missions

• Ensure new Fund Investor onboarding and perform ongoing due diligence for existing investors.

• Perform quality review of KYC documentation for existing and new investor accounts.

• Classify accounts into low/medium/high risk categories using the agreed risk-based approach.

• Ensure proper recording of review findings in the AML database and proper retention of all documentation in both physical and electronic formats.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, preferably in Business or Economics.

• At least 5 years’ working experience in Transfer Agency, including 2 years in a KYC/AML team.

• Good understanding of Luxembourg UCITS requirements.

• Dynamic team leader with management experience, including performance management and staff development.

• Outstanding communication skills, capable of dealing with clients at all levels.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining close attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently on own initiative and as a member of a team.

• Good project management skills.

• Excellent PC skills.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Other European languages; German proficiency would be a definite advantage.
