AM/PM SERVER

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
• Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Manage guest relations by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally
• Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
• Support other team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Server in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST, or Seven Rooms for order processing and reservations
• Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling techniques
• Previous experience in hospitality roles such as host/host or food industry positions is highly desirable
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment
