AMS Consultant - Time Absence

Job Summary

Were hiring professionals with 2-3 years of Workday HCM experience, preferably in an AMS or post-production support environment. Candidates should have expertise in Workday Time Tracking or Absence, including certification, experience with complex time and scheduling configurations, and a strong understanding of workforce compliance and downstream business impacts. Requirements

• Workday HCM Certification - mandatory with Time Absence expertise
• 2-3 years of experience supporting or implementing Workday HCM, preferably in an AMS or post production support model
• Experience in Time Tracking and Absence including configuration, testing, and issue resolution
• Strong understanding of workforce compliance and downstream impacts
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience handling production issues, enhancements, and client queries in a structured support environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with client stakeholders
• Ability to work in dynamic global delivery environments with flexible timings
