Application Support Engineer Splunk / Grafana

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with strong production/application support experience and hands-on exposure to Control-M, Splunk, and Grafana.

Provide L1/L2 application support for banking applications.

• Monitor application health, jobs, alerts, and production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M for job scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Use Splunk for log monitoring, analysis, and incident troubleshooting.
• Use Grafana dashboards for application and infrastructure monitoring.
• Analyze production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and other support teams.
• Monitor batch jobs and resolve job failures within agreed SLAs.
• Prepare incident reports, RCA documents, and operational reports.
• Participate in production deployments, releases, and maintenance activities.
• Follow ITIL processes and ensure SLA compliance.
