What they need
ตำแหน่ง: AMT / Admin Support - ฝ่ายจัดซื้อและดูแลคลังสินค้า
Role & Responsibilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ)
- บริหารจัดการระบบคลังสินค้า ควบคุมสต็อก รับเข้า-จ่ายออก และตรวจนับสินค้าคงเหลือประจำเดือน (Stock Check)
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพและจำนวนของสินค้า/วัตถุดิบที่จัดส่งเข้ามาให้ตรงตามใบสั่งซื้อ
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปการจัดซื้อ สินค้าคงเหลือ และวิเคราะห์สินค้าชำรุด/หมดอายุ เพื่อรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
Qualifications (คุณสมบัติ)
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาการจัดการซัพพลายเชน, บริหารธุรกิจ, บัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้อ และ/หรือ การบริหารคลังสินค้า 1-2 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์สายงานอาหาร/เบเกอรี่จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และการคำนวณเบื้องต้นได้ดีสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) หรือระบบ ERP/POS ในการบริหารสต็อกได้
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีทักษะการบริหารจัดการเวลาที่ดี
