Responsável por atender os clientes que manifestam algum interesse em cancelamento do Cartão de TODOS, as solicitações de cancelamento nas franquias sem agendamento prévio. Prezar pelo melhor atendimento, tendo em vista a necessidade do filiado e buscando sua retenção e manutenção. Administração, Marketing, Comunicação Social, Gestão Comercial / Vendas, Customer Success ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente no setor de serviços.
