Executar atividades administrativas e operacionais de TI, seguindo procedimentos e orientações da área;
Prestar suporte N1 aos usuários, solucionando problemas de menor complexidade;
Auxiliar no diagnóstico, instalação, configuração e manutenção de sistemas, equipamentos e infraestrutura de TI;
Realizar gestão básica de acessos, telefonia móvel e IP;
Apoiar testes, validações e documentação de sistemas e procedimentos;
Auxiliar no controle de contratos, licenças, faturas, compras e estoque de equipamentos e insumos de TI;
Cumprir as diretrizes de segurança da informação;
Apoiar a liderança com relatórios e informações para tomada de decisões.
