We're Hiring: Analog CAD Flow Developer

Are you passionate about enabling world-class analog and mixed-signal IC design teams through automation, CAD infrastructure, and DevOps excellence? We are looking for an experienced Analog CAD Flow Developer to build, maintain, and optimize scalable design environments that accelerate silicon development.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Linux administration, troubleshooting, and automation.

Proficiency in Python development and scripting.

Hands-on experience with one or more scripting languages such as SKILL, Tcl, Perl, Python, or Ruby.

Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.

Working knowledge of EDA tools including:

• Cadence Virtuoso
• Siemens Calibre
• Synopsys StarRC

Experience with PDK integration, deployment, and maintenance.

Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting analog and mixed-signal IC design teams.

Familiarity with Virtuoso ADE (Explorer, Assembler, XL).

Experience with flow validation, release management, and regression frameworks.

Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and VS Code.

Semiconductor, ASIC, or custom IC design environment experience.
