Technical Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience with SPICE simulators Hspice or Spectre
• Strong fundamentals in AMS (Analog Mixed-Signal) design flow
• Familiarity with Serdes components – serializer / de-serializer circuits
• Experience in generating design views using sign-off tools
• Ability to debug and resolve performance simulation issues

• Strong commitment to delivering on schedules and maintaining quality
• Excellent communication skills with clarity in all interactions
• Ability to prepare detailed Review PPTs, lead review meetings, and close action items
• Ensure designs meet PPA (Performance, Power, Area) goals
• Collaborate effectively with the layout team to address and fix layout issues
• Capable of passing all QA checks as per client requirements
