Analog Designer

Responsibility

1. Responsible for the development of Power IC products, primarily focusing on High Voltage (HV) Regulators.
2. Develop innovative analog circuit technologies and IPs, including DC-DC Converters, Multiphase Converters, Buck Converters, and Voltage Regulators.
3. Participate in the entire design flow, including circuit design, simulation, layout planning, post-layout verification, and silicon debug.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years of experience in Power Management IC (PMIC) design.
2. Proven experience in independent Buck converter design.
3. Familiar with semiconductor manufacturing processes and device characteristics.
4. Knowledge of high-voltage (12V+) semiconductor devices and ESD protection techniques.
5. Capable of developing low quiescent current analog circuits.
6. Proficient in Cadence tools (Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS) and Laker layout tool.
7. Experience in IC tape-out, silicon debug, and product ramp to mass production is preferred.
