For our client, we are currently looking for an AMS Designer for Power Management for a semiconductor development project.

The assignment focuses on the design and verification of analog power management circuits in a nanoscale CMOS environment.

Responsibilities

• Design of analog switching and linear regulators in nanoscale CMOS technology
• Development and optimization of power management blocks on IC level
• Verification, validation, and sign-off of designed analog circuit blocks
• Coordination and close cooperation with layout engineers
• Support of an innovative AMS/IC design project with a focus on power management applications

Qualifications

• Proven experience in analog IC design
• Strong expertise in power management block implementation
• Experience with analog circuit design in CMOS technologies
• Experience in verification and sign-off of analog designs

Tools & Technologies

• Cadence Design Environment
• SPICE-based simulation tools
• Spectre
• Experience with proprietary SPICE simulators is an advantage

Key Requirement

We are specifically looking for an experienced Analog IC Designer with a strong background in power management circuit design.

Hands-on expertise with Cadence, SPICE-based simulations, and the implementation of power management blocks is essential for success in this project.
