Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer - Intern

What Youll Do

• Design and analyze mixed-signal and RF circuits for low-power wireless communication.
• Contribute to the design, simulation, and verification of analog and mixed-signal circuit blocks.
• Assist in integrating analog IPs into SoCs and support verification and validation activities.
• Collaborate closely with firmware, board, and testing teams.
• Gain hands-on experience across the IC development lifecycle - from schematic design and simulation to layout review, tape-out support, and lab validation.

What Were Looking For

Required:

• Pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong academic record with a solid understanding of analog, mixed-signal, and RF circuit design fundamentals.
• Familiarity with circuit simulation tools such as Cadence, ADS, or LTspice through coursework or academic projects.
• Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g. Python).
• Strong analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for semiconductor design and low-power wireless communication.

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience through academic projects involving analog, RF, or mixed-signal IC design.
• Exposure to PCB design tools such as Altium or Eagle.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and test automation tools.
• Research experience, publications, or participation in VLSI/IC design competitions is a plus.
