What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and review general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Provide support to senior team members on complex accounting issues.
Job Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in Accounting or related field (Finance).
- Proficiency in Netsuite ERP system.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) compliance.
