NAB has established NAB Innovation Centre India as a centre for operations and technology excellence to support NAB deliver faster, better, and more personalized experience to customers and colleagues.

YOUR NEW ROLE

• Internal and external stakeholder management.

• Strong collaboration skills.

• Strong organisation and time management skills including ability to prioritise competing time critical deliverables.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Manage invoice processing, spend tracking, reconciliation and financial reporting

• Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and escalate service issues

• Support incident management activities

• Assist with planning, coordination and implementation of technology changes

• Administer user access, including myID management and issue resolution

• Provide operation support to business users and stakeholder to ensure continuity of third-party data services

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Understanding of NAB s vendor governance processes, particularly in relation to technology

• Prior first or second line risk experience (preferred).

• Prior incident management experience (preferred).
