Who are we hiring? The Accounts Payable Analyst will follow AP processes and support the implementation of new systems and vendor relationship strategies. The Accounts Payable Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in accounts payable operations and plays a key role in ensuring process efficiency, accuracy in vendor aging, and timely reconciliation of vendor accounts.

What will you do?

• Oversee timely reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances or discrepancies.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure accurate accruals are recorded.
• Review and enhance AP procedures to improve efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
• Support training and development of AP team members.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities.
• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Vendor Management and other departments to ensure vendor information is accurate.
• Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

• 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems required.
• Strong understanding of vendor management, and statement reconciliations.
• Proven ability to support process improvement initiatives and system implementations.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.

Pay Range

$65,000—$90,000 USD
