Ghoman Construction is a growing real estate development, construction, ownership, and operations company focused on hospitality and commercial real estate investments in the midwest. We're seeking an Analyst, Acquisitions & Development Finance to support underwriting, financial modeling, investment analysis, and development initiatives across our expanding portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisition and development opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models
• Analyze investment returns and project economics
• Support due diligence, market research, and financing analysis
• Prepare presentations, investment memos, and lender materials
• Present findings to internal stakeholders and partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, acquisitions, development, investment analysis, private equity, or related fields
• Knowledge of real estate underwriting, valuation, and investment analysis
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical and presentation abilities
• Experience with real estate underwriting and investment analysis
• Hotel experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000-$110,000 base salary
