Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Professional with 2-3 years of Order-to-Cash (OTC) experience to support the Business Development Insights & Enablement (BD I&E) team. The role involves operational assurance, process compliance, reporting, documentation management, and stakeholder collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assurance checks on sales and operational processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Generate and analyze operational performance reports.
• Maintain operational documentation and process records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Interpret contracts and ensure adherence to defined procedures.
• Handle confidential business information with integrity.

Required Skills

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Contract interpretation and documentation review.
• Ability to follow SOPs and perform assurance tasks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant operations experience.
• Comfortable working with global teams across multiple time zones.
