Analyst-Associate, Business and Product Development, Asset Management

• Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying business opportunities and driving sales targets;
• Collaborate with product and investment teams to communicate product features and market demands, providing customized solutions;
• Take responsibility for end-to-end management of product development initiatives, drafting product-related documents and communicating with clients and legal counsel;
• Perform client onboarding process including KYC and AML compliance review, conduct due diligence on counterparties and other institutional partners.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in the asset management or financial services industry, preferably in SFC licensed corporations, fresh graduates are also welcome;
• Experience in clients relationship development and knowledge of asset management products including public funds, private funds and QFII etc.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Degree holder or above in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
