Job Opening: Analyst – Bioanalytical Department

Sycon Clinical Research Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Analyst in the Bioanalytical Department.

Key Requirements:

• 03 to 05 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with LCMS 4000/4500 (Sciex) is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of bioanalytical techniques and laboratory practices
• Qualification: B. Pharm or M.Sc as per Clinical Research Organization (CRO) standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform bioanalytical sample analysis using LC-MS/MS systems
• Operate and maintain LCMS 4000/4500 (SCIEX) instruments
• Method development, validation, and sample analysis as per regulatory guidelines
• Ensure compliance with GLP/GCP and laboratory SOPs
• Calibration, system suitability, and routine maintenance of instruments
• Data processing, interpretation, and documentation of analytical results
• Preparation and review of analytical reports and study documents
• Troubleshooting of instruments and analytical methods
• Coordination with QA and other departments during audits and inspections
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity standards
