The Real Estate Corporate Operations (Corporate) team brings together specialists across functions including finance, human resources, technology, and other shared services that support Brookfield’s real estate operating businesses. Working across sectors – including office, logistics, hospitality, housing, and retail – the Corporate team partners closely with business leaders and asset managers to drive operational expertise and deliver long-term value.

The Corporate team is focused on efficiency and driven by data. We seek to simplify, standardize, automate, and optimize. • Create and maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and user guides; contribute to a great “total customer experience.”
  • Execute and coordinate application changes and minor releases: assess impact, prepare regression test scripts, and support UAT with business stakeholders.
  • Analyze recurring issues; document root causes and propose preventative fixes in partnership with senior analysts and engineers.
  • Support integrations and data flows (APIs, SFTP, scheduled jobs): monitor interface health, investigate errors, and collaborate with integration teams on fixes.
  • Build reports and queries (e.g., SQL/Excel/Power BI) to support Finance, Leasing, and Operations.
  • Partner with vendors/implementation partners on tickets and small enhancements; track deliverables against SLAs.
  • Support compliance activities with Security and Infrastructure (access reviews, audit evidence, backup/restore tests).
  • Participate in cross functional initiatives such as new property onboarding, module rollouts, and data quality clean ups.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant experience including IT certifications
  • ITIL v3 Foundations or higher is considered an asset

  • Organized and detail oriented; able to juggle multiple requests and hit SLA commitments.
  • Hands-on experience supporting enterprise applications in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, request, change, problem) and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following is an asset: Dealpath, Origami, VTS, (or similar integration platforms).
