Analyst, Business Process

Your roles and responsibilities:

• Evaluate end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
• Influence and partner with stakeholders to identify process gaps, inefficiencies and root cause for process transformation and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions meet business objectives.
• Support process change and ensure successful implementation or adoption of new processes and solutions.
• Eliminate manual work to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Measures and reports on success of new / revised processes. Reporting may include presentations to mid-to-senior level stakeholders.
• Manage process documentation process, including planning, development, review, revisions, acceptance and distribution of required document package including process flow diagrams, procedures, Work Instruction, Training Documentation and other documentation as required.
• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ISMS and PIMS in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 standards as per the group requirements.
• Coordinate and support internal audits, external ISO certification audits.
• Drive security awareness and training initiatives for employees.

What we need from you:

• At least 1 year experience in process improvement or process automation.
• Good written skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs.
• The ability to conceptualise automated solutions and understand the prescribed design architecture.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Strong execution and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SQL and Python.
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS) or ISO/IEC 27701 (PIMS) framework and compliance requirements will be an added advantage.
• Personality traits – pleasant personality, good attitude, self-motivated, enthusiastic, meticulous, result-oriented, responsible, independent, trustworthy, ethical and team player.
• Possess a Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Software Engineering or its equivalent.
