Analyst, Client Technologies (IT) - Flex Senai,Johor

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Analyst, Client Technology located in Senai Johor.

Explores complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May guide cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

What a typical day looks like:

Technical Support:

• Provide support for desktop and laptop.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Manage imaging and deployment tools for efficient device provisioning.

System Monitoring & Maintenance:

• Monitor daily operations of servers, networks, and systems.
• Administer backups and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.

User Support & Documentation:

• Respond to service desk tickets and user inquiries.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation for processes and troubleshooting guides.

Project & Infrastructure Support:

• Participate in IT projects such as hardware refreshes and software rollouts.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams on system integration and upgrades.

Security & Compliance:

• Enforce IT policies and procedures across all endpoints.
• Support Active Directory
• Implement endpoint security and data protection measures.

Secure and Stable Environment:

• Ensure timely application of security patches across servers and clients:
• Manage Critical Server Uptime
• Manage Critical LAN Uptime

Procurement & Asset Management

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and software, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses for audit and budgeting purposes.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in IT or similar field.
• Typically requires at least 3 years of experience in IT support in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
• Programming experience in software development with Microsoft Visual Studio / Development tools and C# programming a plus
