Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure

Compass Group Australia is looking for an Analyst - Cloud & Infrastructure to join our Digital & Technology team.

This role is ideal for an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator or Level 2/3 Support professional looking to build their cloud and infrastructure experience within a large enterprise environment. Working alongside experienced specialists, you'll support critical infrastructure platforms while gaining exposure to cloud technologies and major technology projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting AWS, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
• Providing Level 3 support for infrastructure incidents and requests
• Managing cloud, network and on-premise infrastructure platforms
• Supporting Active Directory, Entra ID and access management services
• Assisting with backup, recovery and disaster recovery processes
• Contributing to infrastructure projects, upgrades and migrations
• Developing technical documentation and operational procedures
• Identifying opportunities for automation and service improvement

About You

• Experience in infrastructure, systems administration or cloud support
• Exposure to AWS and/or Azure environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience working across multiple technology domains
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• ITIL knowledge and a customer-focused approach
