Job Description

·         Assist in research and analyze various financial/capital markets issues and wider industry trends that are of interest to our clients and prospects.

·         Handle account openings, due diligence and KYC with Trustee, Brokers & Custodians.

·         To assist in preparation of bond/equity financing proposals, market updates or other marketing materials for circulation and discussion with clients.

·         Advising business for fund set up and fund documentation, and review fund distribution activities and approval of marketing materials.

·         Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, capital calls, and distributions in a timely and accurate manner.

·         Assist with daily trade capture, support NAV calculation and reporting cycles.

·         Prepare internal reports, participate in new fund setup projects, including fund supplement reviews and account opening.

·         Assist in preparing post-investment reports for the fund, including collecting relevant information and data on portfolio companies and their respective industries.

·         To perform ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

·         Degree holder in finance, accounting or other related disciplines or above.

·         SFC type 1, 4 & 9 license holders or candidates are highly preferred. Fresh graduates will also be welcome.

·         Good interpersonal, well organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize duties.

·         Good team player with good problem-solving skills and strong sense of responsibility.

·         Proficient in Window, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.

·         Good command of both English and Chinese.
