Role Description:

MOTORENTO is looking for a Data Analyst to support business reporting, data validation, performance tracking, and operational implementation across different areas of the company.

This is a general analyst role suited for someone detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable

working with data, and able to quickly execute changes based on management direction.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockwell, Makati City.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, validate, and organize data from internal/external sources.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for decision-making.
• Review accuracy and resolve discrepancies before submission.
• Manage rider data for incentive computations and payouts.
• Ensure computations follow source data, eligibility, and approved guidelines.
• Oversee commissions and partner disbursements.
• Accurately apply management changes across reports, trackers, and databases.
• Maintain consistency in operating files and processes.
• Track trends, KPIs, and exceptions across business areas.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities proactively.
• Recommend improvements to trackers, reports, and processes.
• Work with teams to validate data and resolve discrepancies.
• Explain processes and computations clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into practical, easy‑to‑apply instructions.
• Maintain organized, accurate records and supporting documentation.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for management.
• Take ownership of recurring deliverables with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, operations, or finance; strong fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivots, data cleaning, large datasets).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to handle large data sets, spot inconsistencies, and investigate independently.
• Quick to understand instructions and translate them into reports, trackers, or process changes.
• Adaptable to evolving rules, priorities, and processes in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage multiple priorities, and knows when to escalate issues.
• Clear communicator, able to explain data and processes to non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with reporting, data analysis, operations, finance, business intelligence, or business analytics.
• Experience creating or maintaining management dashboards and recurring operational reports.
• Experience in mobility, logistics, fleet management, fintech, marketplaces, or other operations-heavy businesses is a plus.

Pay: Php30,000.00 per month
