Analyst

We are looking for dynamic professionals passionate about the intersection of government, policy, and project execution .

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Engage with State Governments, Ministries & key stakeholders

• Support project coordination & proposal development

• Conduct policy research & strategic analysis

• Identify new opportunities & support business development

• Work closely with multiple QCI divisions on impactful initiatives

🔹 Who we’re looking for:

• Experience in Public Policy / Government Relations / Consulting / Development Sector

• Strong skills in stakeholder management & coordination

• Exposure to proposal writing, research, and MIS reporting

• Someone proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public policy, Economics, Commerce, Law, Life Sciences, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning or equivalent.
• Master's Degree (Public Administration/Public Policy) preferred.
• Exp- 2 to 5 yrs

Technical Skills

• Government correspondence and official drafting
• Proposal writing and documentation
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Dashboard preparation and MIS reporting
• CRM/database management tools (preferred)
