WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work closely with client-facing teams, account leads, and internal specialists across departments such as operations, technical, creative, and finance. This role sits at the intersection of clients and delivery teams, requiring strong relationships on both sides.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Analyst, you’ll play a key role in maintaining trusted client relationships while supporting internal teams to deliver effectively. You’ll help translate client needs into clear actions, ensure follow-through, and proactively manage communication, expectations, and issues.

In this role, you will:

• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
• Act as a key point of contact, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
• Support account management activities, including coordination of deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and actions.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
• Identify risks, challenges, or misalignment early and address them proactively.
• Assist with resolving client issues, escalating appropriately when needed.
• Support retention, renewals, and opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, decisions, and actions.
• Contribute to improving client experience, processes, and ways of working.
• You’ll be relied on for your judgment, ownership, and ability to keep both clients and internal teams aligned and moving forward.

ABOUT YOU

You are a relationship-oriented professional who combines strong interpersonal skills with structure, accountability, and sound judgment. You are comfortable navigating complexity, managing multiple priorities, and working with diverse stakeholders.

You bring:

• A relevant qualification in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field (advantageous but not essential).
• Experience or exposure to client-facing, account management, or professional services environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences.
• High emotional intelligence and an ability to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong follow-through.
• The ability to remain calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• A client-centric perspective with an understanding of business value and outcomes.
